What would cause tingling in both hands/fingers and tip of my nose (seldom) for 3 weeks with no other symptoms?
I am having an MRI today on my neck because an x-ray revealed a bone spur on my cervical spine. I have been tested for diabetes (negative),thyroid and the comprenhensive blood test numbers all come back normal. Could this be a pinched nerve? Would it last that long? What else could this be? Thanks.

I think the correct term for that tingling/pins and needles sensation you described is paresthesia. Apart from the things you mentioned, i just know that low iron, vitamin b12 deficiency or hypoglycemia could cause it. Even though hypoglycemia is not a condition in itself, its a symtpom of something else. Sorry I couldnt be of more help, just thought I'd mention these things.
